Think you’re movin' on for a reason now Gonna show 'em all when you leave this town Streamers falling down in your street again Go ahead roll the dice hopin' that you’ll win I’ve got something here worth holding to when I am down Focus on the street like the vagrant days There’s a different dude and he’s got it made Ain't a greater pain than to pass the time Guess I’ll cut the rope walk another line I’ve got something here worth holding to when I am down I’m holding onto something It’s not the perfect someone It’s just the feeling I can’t hold onto when I’m away I’ve got something here worth holding to when I am down I’ve got something here worth holding to when I am down

Medicine forever It’s nothing I don’t have the patience To dwell in simple understanding Complaining is a form of flattery Stop crying In crimson Your body acts without reason To work another day is treason Chamoy the gun that runs in circles Greasing Past tenses To become an exile in the present To save your capital investments In other tax deducting payments It’s selfless How goes it How sweepers steal the ball beneath me How brown boys clean the UN building How Bob Abreu is in his fifties We’re winning Long is the arm of a feeling unwinding The stretch of a mile and a million of hiking The deepest of trenches and ridges to feel so alive I'm alive Red for the blood that is spilled by the gunners And blue like the ocean and sky right above them And yellow riches that make a man feel so alive I'm Alive Medicine forever How well you auction the defenseless Writing in stationary letters Taught deeply to darken the resentment Helpless Brown man Like punches rounding up a socket And grandsons earning higher profits And stories sweeter than molasses Expected In crimson Your body acts without reason To work another day is treason Chamoy the gun that runs in circles Indent Medicine forever It’s nothing, I don’t have the patience It’s nothing, I don’t have the patience It’s nothing, I don’t have the patience Patience Long is the arm of a feeling unwinding The stretch of a mile and a million of hiking The deepest of trenches and ridges to feel so alive I'm alive Red for the blood that is spilled by the gunners And blue like the ocean and sky right above them And yellow riches that make a man feel so alive I'm alive

Last night I could hardly remember All the things you said can You help me figure out What the man is on about Anymore? Staying up ‘til 3 am just to see How many times that I could Take the deepest dive But it's just a waste of time And you know I’m always tired of waking up I’m always tired of feeling stuff I’m always tired of acting tough I’m always tired of running my luck Seeing all the lights and people recede I wonder what we could be If everything slowed down Took some time to figure out What you hold Heavy is the only kind of feeling That can fit sometimes But you’ll try to unpack resize Rearrange but it’s alright to let go I’m always tired of waking up I’m always tired of feeling stuff I’m always tired of acting tough I’m always tired of running my luck Don’t tell me now there’s not an ending What do you mean this is all I came here for? I’m direct deposit trigger friendly When I’m counting 1s there’s no time for the noise

Night Life 03:23
How come it never takes me to ever side? Red plaster, blueish dreams onto a coming right If I didn't think like that I wouldn't be the man I am Pay attention to me, little creature Because I want it I want it I want it I want it Want it, want it, want it May I bother you for a minute of your time? If it’s plastered in green, I might be able to make it right My father told me if you want something, get it No excuse to make a man feel so pathetic Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic, -etic I promise you the night life I promise you the night life I promise you the night life That fire, breathing silence like a bellyache That summer, coming down from the Starnbergersee Don't talk to me about self-worth, just like a communist whore Pay attention to me, little creature 'cause I want it I want it I want it Want it, want it, want it May I bother you for a minute of your time? If it’s plastered in green, I might be able to make it right My mother told me if "you want something, take it" No excuse to make a man feel so pathetic Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic, -etic I promise you the night life I promise you the night life I promise you the night life I promise you the night life I promise you the night life I promise you the night life

about

Last April, we went into the studio with our buddy Ross Farbe to quickly record four new songs before my daughter's due date a month later. Aptly named "Bigger Sprout", these songs are the culmination of years of heavy drinking, partying, disassociation, jadedness, political discussions, and constant talks about moving somewhere else. But unlike some of the things we talked about in our last two records, the driving force behind these songs was embracing change and new surroundings as a positive part of adulthood. This is not to say we've forced ourselves to grow up; on the contrary, we are still big idiots. But it is to admit that settling into calmer environments has helped us cope with the idea of change. Change is (sometimes) good.

Included in "Bigger Sprout" - which features Hunter Keene on drums - are the three songs that constitute "BIG SPROUT". While the main catalyst to combine these 7 songs into one record was to give "BIG SPROUT" the physical release it never received, there was the idea that the dichotomies in mood, tone, lyrical content, and intention would provide heavy contrast between both releases albeit reinforcing the idea that we are the same band. And that is fine.

So, thank you for listening and we hope you enjoy it. We hope to see you on the road soon.
